What Shipping Methods Are Available?
The watches will be send with UPS, the straps with Bpost (Belgian post).
Not always at home? You can choose for 18 countries for a UPS Access Point.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes. We are currently shipping (with UPS) to more than 100 international countries including the United Kingdom, the USA, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and many others.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
For Europe and the United States : delivery during the day within 3-4 business days. For other countries: 5-6 business days.
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package. (only for watches)
Delivery period for straps: to keep shipping cost as low as possible we ship to you by regular post, this can take more than a week.
What about import taxes?
Our prices are included import fees or local taxes.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
You choose how to pay: by Paypal, by credit card Visa, Mastercard or Amex or via IDEAL, Maestro, Bancontact and Sofort. All payment methods are free of charge for our customers. You can pay on-line through the maximum secure payment sites, to which you will be automatically redirected, after entering your order. How do I place an Order?
Order goes through a few simple steps:
1. You choose your product and the amounts.
2. In your cart, you will find a summary of your order.
3. After “Proceed to checkout“ you give all information of your billing address. You have the possibility to specify a different address for order and invoice.
4. In the next step you have to choose how you want to pay your order.

5. You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail with all the details about your order.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
We are unable to make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. Sometimes it will already be shipped the same day.
However, you may return your product within 30 days of receipt.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, with Easy Checkout you can order without logging in.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier’s website. By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once is in transit.

How Can I Return a Product?
To return an item within 30 days
An article exchange is very simple: you send us the items back in their original packaging with any certificates, … You also include a sheet in which you give the reason for your return, or the new product for which you wish to exchange.

You return an item, but do not find another article that you want to swap? We will refund your money. This also goes easily. You follow the same procedure as described above, but now note instead of the new order number your account number on the form. We will refund the full amount to your account. Caution: Damaged, soiled or pre- worn items can not be returned. By abuse of returns we reserve the right to refuse a new order.
