You will receive an email from UPS with a Track & Trace number so
that you can easily follow your order.

Exchanges / Returns
An article exchange is very simple: you send us the item back in it’s original packaging with all documents. You also include a sheet in which you give the reason for your return. Do use also this form to exchange your article for another one.

You return an item, but do not find another article that you want to swap?
We will refund your money immediately. This also goes easily. You follow the same procedure as described above, but now note instead of the new order number your account number on the form. We will refund the full amount to your account. Caution: Damaged, soiled or pre- worn items can not be returned. By abuse of returns we reserve the right to refuse a new order.
