WARRANTY & REPAIRS
3 + 3 years RSC WARRANTY
Become a member of the “RSC Aviators Club” and upgrade to a 6 year warranty for free.
If the watch proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use,
it will be repaired or replaced free of charge at the discretion of our RSC Service Center.
The warranty does not cover the strap, crystal or damage due to accidents, mishandling, abusive use or battery failure.
The UPS shipping costs are on the expenses of RSC.
(you will only receive an additional warranty year if you register your watch within 4 weeks after purchase)
BATTERY
The batteries in our quartz watches last about 2 years.
Type of battery for 1-button watch: 371 – SR920SW
Type of battery for Chronograph model (3 buttons): 399/395 – SR927/W/SW
RSC International Warranty & Repair Policy
We’re really sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with your watch. We understand how frustrating that can be, and I’m here to help you get it resolved as smoothly as possible.
Since it’s hard to diagnose the issue from a distance, we suggest taking the following steps:
- Did you checked the battery? Visit a local watch shop and ask them to check and, if needed, replace the battery.
While a battery typically lasts longer than 24 months, it’s not impossible that this is the cause. - If the watch still isn’t working properly after the battery replacement, it will need to be examined by our watchmaker.

Repair Procedure
To initiate a repair or warranty service:
- Contact us by email at [email protected] and explain your problem. Then, fill out a repair form: https://rscwatches.com/repairs/
- After receiving your form, we will send you a return label.
Packaging Instructions
Please carefully follow these steps when sending your watch:
- Send only the watch – Do not include original packaging or boxes.
- Download and complete the [Repair Form], and include it in the package.
- Include a copy of your RSC Warranty Card or valid Proof of Purchase.
- Use adequate protective packaging to avoid damage in transit.
RSC Watches is not responsible for watches lost or damaged during transit due to insufficient packaging or lack of insurance.
Warranty Terms
Your RSC watch is covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a specific period from the date of purchase (as stated on your warranty card or invoice).
Upon expiration of the warranty period, any repairs or services will be subject to standard service charges.
The warranty does not cover:
- Battery replacement,
- Damage to: watch strap or bracelet, crown, stem, hands, crystal or case.
- Water resistance (not waterproof): 5 ATM
Please note: “5 ATM” does not mean diving or that it is suitable for prolonged underwater use, such as deep-sea diving. It is more intended for everyday activities such as washing hands.
- Repairs or servicing of watches not purchased from an authorized RSC retailer.
This warranty is void if:
- The watch has been damaged due to accident, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs or alterations.
Shipping and Costs
- Customers are responsible for all transportation costs, including shipping fees, insurance, and packaging materials.
- RSC does not cover any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be applied when sending or receiving items internationally.
Service Timeline
Please allow up to 4 to 6 weeks from the date we receive your package for inspection, repair, and return delivery. In case of delays (e.g. parts availability), we will notify you promptly.
